Ingredients

Cheese & Onion Filling: Potato, Mature Cheddar Cheese (31%) (MILK, Rennet), White Onion, Salted Butter (Butter (MILK), Salt), Salt, English Mustard (Water, MUSTARD Flour (21%), Sugar, Salt, WHEAT Flour, Turmeric, Acid (Citric Acid), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum)), White Pepper. Vegetarian Pastry: WHEAT Flour, Shortening (Vegetable Oil, Palm Oil), Water, Salt. Glaze: Maltodextrin, Modified Starch (Maize), Dextrose (WHEAT), Colours (E150c, E160b), Emulsifier (E466).

Glaze Advisory: The glaze (used for all pies, pasties, and sausage rolls) is made in a factory processing Dairy, Celery, Egg, Fish, Mustard, Soya, and Sulphur Dioxide.

Cooking & Storage
  • Our pies are fully cooked and ready to eat hot or cold.
  • Keep pies refrigerated and use within 4 days.
  • Can be frozen for up to 3 months but defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Cooking instructions: 30-40 minutes at 180˚C, Fan Oven 170˚C, Gas Mark 4 (times can vary). Cover with tin foil to prevent excessive browning, and make sure they are served piping hot.
