Shipping policy
We currently dispatch orders three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Once our courier collects your order, delivery is typically next day, though in rare cases can take up to 48 hours.
Order Example
If you order on a Thursday, your pies will be baked fresh and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Areas We Do Not Deliver To
We're sorry, but we don't currently deliver to:
- Scotland
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
- Channel Islands
Our Courier
Our deliveries are handled by APC, our trusted courier partner.
Once your order has been collected by APC, you'll receive tracking updates from both us and APC by email and/or text. You can track your order at any time using your unique consignment number and postcode.
On the day of delivery, APC will send you a 2-hour estimated delivery window by email or text.
You don't need to be home to receive your order. Because our parcels contain perishable goods, APC is permitted to leave your parcel in a safe place if you're out. You can also use APC Choice to manage your delivery preferences and track your parcel online.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your parcel has been successfully delivered.
