Shipping & Returns

Our pies are freshly baked to order and delivered straight to your door.

Our Packaging

All of our freshly baked pies are carefully packed in temperature-controlled packaging designed to keep them cool and fresh for up to 48 hours during transit.

Each order is packed using four protective layers:

  • Sturdy outer corrugated box – protects your order from knocks and movement during transit
  • Insulated inner lining – helps maintain a chilled environment around your pies
  • Pre-frozen gel packs – keep your order cool throughout delivery
  • Secure pie boxes – keep each pie protected and safely in place

This helps ensure your pies arrive in the best possible condition, ready for you to enjoy.

Shipping Information

We currently dispatch orders three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Once our courier collects your order, delivery is typically next day, though in rare cases can take up to 48 hours.

Order Example

If you order on a Thursday, your pies will be baked fresh and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Areas We Do Not Deliver To

We're sorry, but we don't currently deliver to:

  • Scotland
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Isle of Wight
  • Channel Islands

Our Courier

Our deliveries are handled by APC, our trusted courier partner.

Once your order has been collected by APC, you'll receive tracking updates from both us and APC by email and/or text. You can track your order at any time using your unique consignment number and postcode.

On the day of delivery, APC will send you a 2-hour estimated delivery window by email or text.

You don't need to be home to receive your order. Because our parcels contain perishable goods, APC is permitted to leave your parcel in a safe place if you're out. You can also use APC Choice to manage your delivery preferences and track your parcel online.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your parcel has been successfully delivered.

Returns

Because our pies are perishable and need to be temperature-controlled, we're unable to accept returns.

If you have an issue with your order, please take a photo on arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cheshire-pie.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of any damage or spoilage

We'll do our best to put things right.
