We currently have five independent pie sellers operating in North Wales, Cheshire, Staffordshire and South Manchester, earning from £15000-£60000 depending on the number of events they attend each year and are now looking to expand beyond these areas.
The type of event we attend are local & artisan markets, agricultural shows, food & drink festivals, charity events, university events, music festivals, horse and dog events.
We expect you to represent the company in a professional manner and be passionate about selling our pies.
If you join our independent team, we will train you how to set up the business and support you in deciding which events to sell at.
You will be able to shadow events & tour our factory, to gain a full understanding of the product.
We will provide you with:
- HACCP training book and product/allergen information
- Equipment: Gazebo, 3 tables, banners (front & 3 sides), weights, sneeze screens, 6 wicker baskets, starter pack of price labels bags, sanitiser, branded apron & small first aid box.
- Health & Hygiene Level 2 online course
What you will need to provide:
- Start up fee £3000
- Vehicle: this should be large enough to fit all the equipment in and up to 6 cold boxes size 40cmx60cmx30.5cm – E.g. estate car, people carrier or van.
- Public liability Insurance
